Returns + Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently cannot accept returns. If your product is damaged or defective we may offer a product replacement. Please email us at hello@larkskinco.com as soon as possible if you have any concerns or issues with your purchase.

If a purchase is made through an outside retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange. If you are having an issue with the product, please contact hello@larkskinco.com.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and is safe to use for the duration of their shelf-life.
